What we can imagine becomes who we are. What we believe shapes us more profoundly than we realise. When we are able to bring these two aspects together with a willingness to embrace the unexpected, the seemingly impossible comes to sit down beside us and can take root.

Story Telling as Healing Process

Being able to tell our story with all the time we need is a deep healing process. When someone really sees us and listens to us with full attention, we can see ourselves and listen to ourselves, perhaps for the first time. Our life can then begin a new chapter.
